I'd like to see a return to God. Honesty and pride in America and the US Constitution.
But I'll settle for a removal of the SJW, Antifa and blm turds to another country

Re: Drilling advice

Thanks for all the advice Gentlemen.
I've been scouring the web for everything Drilling...
I have read the 12/12/30-06 are heavy (ier) for a stalk...... and the 30-06 extraction has caused issues with the rimless case.
I'll check out the links.

Drilling advice

Any of you Gentlemen have any expertise in the realm of Drillings? Been on my wish list for decades. I have finally got the wherewithal to purchase one, and only one. Trying to understand all the pros and cons. Not looking for exotic calibers or hard to find shells. Just a basic no frills drilling. ...

Re: antique Kitchen Cook Stove/oven ?

Nice find.
My primary heat source is a wood stove and I have been looking for a good Cook stove for about 2 years now.
they are either way too expensive for me or too run down and beat up to put in the kitchen.

Re: I love winter

I find tha I have enjoyed the extremes here in Indiana. In the 3 years we have been here we have seen, drought, ice storms, 30-40 degree below zero wind chills, and the river has flooded our lower field twice! Even though everyone says it only happens once ever 25-30 years!

Years ago I traded into a Ruger 10-22 converted to 22 Short w/ Volquartsen parts and mags....never did play much with it until moving to the Farm. I have taken rabbits out to 40-45 feet, & coons in the barn loft without the rounds penetrating the metal sides.. I keep this rifle next to the back ...

I started w/ the 45 Colt over 30 years ago and have never looked back.......First two were a Ruger BH convertable and a Winchester 94 trapper.
Now I have 4 revolvers and 4 rifles in 45Colt....I have some cases that have been reloaded 7 or 8 times.

PRICE CHECK - Win 94

Took this Winchester 1894, 30-30 ( serial # 2223XXX ) to the gun show this weekend and 5 out of 6 of the Winchester pro's told me it is all original. I would rate it at 98-99%...tried to down load a picture but my image is too large. Prices varied from 500 to 1000. Anybody have the current blue book...

1894 original or re-blued?

Picked up a Winchester 94 in 30-30....dates to 1956. Picture is too large for me to attach and I do not know how to reduce the pixels......... There is minor wear on the edges and the lever has some slight speckling...othet than that....very nice bluing. How can I determine if it is in it's original...

I have a Winchester, Rossi, and Marlin in 45 Colt, I find the Rossi, with buckhorn rear sight is the easist to carry, and comes to the shoulder faster.
But my scoped Marlin is the one I hunt with.
