Thank you Malamute for your detailed explanation.
I think it's the back of the loading gate catching the shell and preventing the gate from opening again.
I will try the smoothing of the loading gate when I get to disassemble the gun.
Thanks again for everyone.

Winchester 9410 shotgun loading problem
Hi again everyone
Since I bought my 9410 and I am having problems with loading more than one shell if I let the loading gate close.
I have to always keep the loading gate open to load all shells.
Any suggestions?
Appreciate your feedback.

Re: Winchester 9410 shutgun
Another question.
Isn't the lever supposed to be removed from the carrier. Because I read in this forum somebody looking for a carrier, how he can replace it without separating it from the lever.

Re: Silver plating
You'll probably have to go to a big plating shop. They will be set up for a project like this. Jewelers usually don't have the equipment to plate large non-precious metals. I used to work in a jewelry repair shop back in the 70's. To plate steel you have to polish, clean, electro strip, plate with ...

Re: Silver plating
Talk to a jeweler ( a real Jeweler, not just a salesman) it might be plated at reasonable cost. Alternately, if it is just the lower tang, polishing and reblueing would not detract from the overall appearance. Thanks The receiver material as I heard is sintered steel which doesn't take bluing very ...
