Scott, I have noticed that the barrel gets hotter faster with the Titegroup using it in 38 Special and 44 Mag and plated bullets. Have not tried it with lead.

I graduated High School in 1979, so I have been a fan of ABB and most of the Southern Rock bands from the 60's, 70's and early 80's.

I haven’t ruled out the Williams sight. This rifle was drilled and tapped from the factory for it. I have a 30-30 M94 with a Redfield receiver sight and it definitely makes a difference.
