OT - Weaver Service

It was brought to my attention that the guy in El Paso that used to do the Weaver scope service is no longer in buisness !

I have a Weaver K2.5 60B that needs a reticle replacement , and another older series Wevaer K2.5 that needs to be refilled with gas !

I am wondering if anyone knows of a company or person who does this type of thing ?
Parkers , Mannlicher Schoenauer’s , 6.5mm's and my family in the Philippines !
