Winchester 94 w/ laminated stock
Please educate me. If I remember correctly Winchester referred to the Mod. 94 laminate as the Win Tuff. Is this correct? Is my spelling correct? Thanks. 1886.
Re: Winchester 94 w/ laminated stock
I beleive that you're correct. ALL of Winchester's late model laminates were referred to as Wintuff, at least for a time. IIRC they also showed up on M70s and 1300s

IIRC, the Model 94AE Win Tuff was made only in a 20" barreled .30-30, and in 1987 only. The lamo stock & forearms were checkered.
There were lamo 9422's also - in different colors, called Win Cam, Win Tuff, etc.
The other model's lamo stocks were also made in the same brown/black (Tuff) and green/gray/black (Cam).

Re: Winchester 94 w/ laminated stock
Thanks all. Now Pete, how many were made? Thanks, 1886
Re: Winchester 94 w/ laminated stock
I have no clue, how many - but the M-94 Win Tuff was in production only in 1987.
It boils down to: How many production runs, would you think Winchester made of that one item (out of how many ?), in that one year - one ? two ?
And....... How many rifles consituted a "production run" ? 1,000 ? 3,000 ? 5,000 ?
Your guess is as good as mine.
