This is pretty upsetting. I feel terrible for the attack victim, the good samaritans and the LEOs. The dog owners? Not. One. Bit.

When I was a LEO, we put down a few dogs. It was so sad. These sub-humans would hang a 20lb chain on a pitbull, beat it, and keep it confined in a small yard to make it mean......all to protect their stash.

I feel for everyone, and also for the dogs in that video. Like you Bill, I have only disdain for the dog owners who allowed those vicious dogs to run free. The dogs are pitbulls that are responsible for a lot of unprovoked attacks, so those who choose to own them need to be even more careful to control them.
