My dream gun (from my childhood) a Skeeter Skelton Special
This one was done by Hamilton Bowen and it makes me look like a much better shot than I am.

It's a doozy Scott -- and so is your little pal.

That's a purty one, and I know what you mean about the ones that make you look better than you are, congrats.

I’m not sure how the pup got in there. I’m acclimating him to gunfire.
The Skeeter gun seems to favor 6 gr of Unique under a 240 gr RNFP. Fortunately the carbine shoots that load well.
The pup did well and got a good nap on the way home

I LIKE it!
That is in the top 3 classiest Rugers I have seen.
Oddly enough, one of the other 2 is on this board also (you know who you are).
As my buddy Six would say........Can I have it?

"Oh bother", said Pooh, as he chambered another round.

It sat in my safe for over two years. I forgot I had it.
But I’ve been making up for it over that past couple of weeks.

Just happens to be sitting on my desk lately waiting for a break in the weather.
Scott, there's not much better in this world, at least than my mind, than a good shooting revolver and a new puppy!
Hoping you have a lot of good years with both!
