What a dinner!!!

Check this out. Its a navajo recipe using Sumac, cranberries and Juniper berries. The carrots were cooked in a hot pepper glaze the wife made. Absolutely phenominal meal!

Sounds wonderful!

My wife and I unusually go out on Christmas Eve, but this year's weather was just a bit too much.

Have a great evening!

Me and the son are having our customary dinner this evening... grilled flank steak and quartered, broiled potatoes with buttered corn... Everything seasoned with chili, garlic powder, cajun seasoning, rosemary & thyme. Irish garlic & seasoned butter on the corn... Yummmm! Nothing like red meat & potatoes! Tomorrow will be our typical, bachelor style take out! but, can't get by without pancakes or waffles for breakfast!
