Marlin 32-20
I saw a new Marlin in 32-20 Friday in a nearby shop. Really nice rifle, but at $750 it's way out of my price range. I think gun pricing has left me behind for good.

Marlin still makes a .32-20?
Nothing so needs reforming as other people's habits.

I bet he gets very close to his price.
Re: Marlin 32-20
The 1894CL was dropped from the 2008 catalog. They are around, but in the $600-$650 range NIB.
I know a whole lot about very little and nothing about a whole lot.

$750 - wow
That is why gunbroker/auction arms/gunsamerica was made - I would think you could find on cheaper than that.
I will say that the 32-20 is a great round and someday I would like to own a Marlin 32-20 to go with the Winchester. That way I could have one lever with the tang sight (Winchester) and one with a scope

Re: Marlin 32-20
Just bought a new one. Nice wood. $620 with tax out the door. I thought I had been hosed.
The Nice wood had pushed me over the top.
Guess I did ok.
Nice gun. nice round. So glad I bought it. Even when i had though I had paid enough I was
happy with the whole deal.
When I got home I saw Marlin did not have them on the web site. Very sad.

This is also why we have gun shows. Find a nice used one and save yourself a few bucks!
Someone at the gun show in Greensboro earlier this year had one for sale for $400. It was used but in very good condition. I had my heart set on a .25-20, so passed. Still kicking myself for that one (I NEEDED both! )
