We are still getting dozens of spammers every day, most are Auto Pruned but some still get through, If you receive a PM from a member you do not know you can check their membership on the members list. If in doubt let me know and I'll check them out.
I check out all new members every day that Auto Prune has missed and I have to deactivate most of their accounts as most are Spammers. This is most important on the Classified forum.
Whatever you do always give 100%........... unless you are donating blood.

I'm happy to do it, since retiring it gives me a little "I.T." work to do that keeps the brain active.... :D

I catch a few at night when I log on, and they all seem to fall into one of three categories: Cyrillic writing (assuming it is Russian), sex-related or gambling-related. Since I don't read cyrillic, I'm assuming those posts about the other two subjects as well.

John, is that what you are seeing?

Yep Jay, blue pills, casinos and Russian rubbish make up most of the posts but the majority of spammers don't post anything they just try to join... :roll:

Your efforts are working so well they shut me out for 24 hours, and I don't even eat Spam, let alone generate it...
