Had a buddy loading shotshells one time on a progressive loader (Pacific 12 ga) shells were dropping through the hole into a bushell basket and one lit up. A small bit of stuff had to be removed from his leg, Brass I recall. He stopped the two foot drop after that and had no more problems. Win92

Rare, but not surprising. The casing would be a pretty good whallop if it got a straight shot at a part of your person.
