GOOD NEWS FOR ME
Just got back from my gunsmiths buddies, 1 is getting up in years, the other cut off 2 fingers on his right hand some years ago.
They have been getting away from guns because of health problems, and they know I am moving; so we were going thru some stuff, trying to determine what I would take with me.
Been shooting/reloading with them for 15 years+
" So how much .44 Mag. you got?"
"enough to keep you shooting for the rest of your life, half factory, half our mid range reloads; so you know it's safe"
" you're kidding?"
" no take it, we're not going to use it"
My dad told me years ago "you're stuck with your family, you choose your friends"
The old man was right, I choose well.

Nice. I would of had to stare at him with a goofy face and say, " I don't have a .44.".

Re: GOOD NEWS FOR ME
I have two, and do not have to concern myself with feeding them anymore.
That's a good feeling.

Re: GOOD NEWS FOR ME
Congrats, good find. A few years back a friend gave me enough 38 Special and 357 Magnum to last me a LONG time, but I only had one DA revolver so I purchased a 94AE Trapper, my SS Rossi single shot, and a Ruger Blackhawk to help burn up this ammo. 4 years later and I haven't put a dent in the ammo yet.
