It was behavior that got those people killed. They behaved like criminals. No cop ever drew down on me when I was running around with a BB gun (even a real gun) when I was a kid.

Yes, I know you know. The darn thing just got me riled... :oops:

I used to walk the roads in East Texas hunting rabbits and the like with a .22 rifle or pistol when was a kid. Never got bothered by anyone...

Sad world we live in...

Describe for me please an example where a LEO would be shooting so fast as to shoot someone with a toy gun.
Wouldn’t this come under the heading of being sure of your target ?

If someone is drawing or pulling it out while the officer is telling him to freeze or if someone is pointing it at him or someone else.
