The Best Find Ever

No, I'm not talking about cool guns or even antique guitars.

I found a tall leggy good looking Redhead with big brown eyes and a smile as big as Texas. Married her 19 years ago tomorrow. We've raised three great kids together, one headed to college in a few weeks. Gonna make a road trip to the coast for a few days with the family, and have some fun. She is the best thing that ever happened to me, thank God in heaven I found her!

Thanks gents for your kind words and wishes. We are having a big time at the coast, and have had enough gulf shrimp, oysters, crabs, and snapper to fill a boat. Should come down here more often, used to hunt geese and do a lot of off shore fishing here years ago.

After offering my thanks to the gentlemen of Leverguns for their congratulations, blessings, and good wishes for many more annual celebrations with my lovely wife, I see I have not acknowledged one poster who requires pictures to prove the truth of my statements regarding my having met and married a lovely lady, and having raised three great kids with same. I'm not sure, Nemhed, if you are requesting photos of her, or the great children. In either case, I consider my complete family unit to be a gift from the Father, inviolable, and would never post pics of my wife or kids on any computer, ever, for viewing by anyone, and consider any such requests as ungentlemanly, at best.

I consider " Leverguns " to be the finest thing of its kind, and sometimes liken it to a mid summers walk across a cow pasture for a cold drink of water. The payoff at the end of the walk being worth having to negotiate around a few fresh cow piles.

On redheads. Dad was a redhead. Mellow to the extreme until...

Older sister is a redhead. I still have a couple of scars. I wouldn't trade either, but I did marry a raven haired beauty.

By the way Latinas can put a redhead to shame when it comes to fiery temper. But, with the temper comes a passion that will sear you to your soul. After 45 years she still keeps me on my toes.

I was even luckier. Mine found me and even called me on the phone. IN 9TH GRADE!

Didn't marry until we were 23, now have almost 41 years together, raised three sons and now have 3 wonderful daughters-in-law and 8 grandkids. Luckily 5 grandaughters for my wife to shop for and show me what I missed.

She was a redhead for a while, but decided it just wasn't her. Not sure what her real color is now but have my suspicions and have the good sense not to comment.
