I can give him some to play with. How many rounds do you think he might need to figure out a load? 9.4-9.7gr is the load range I think. 100 rounds is like 2oz or so. I saw on a google search that there was some for sale at a show last week in CA, so it might be coming back around soon. PM me.
Kind regards,
Tycer

Wish I was closer I have 5lbs of it. Was driving thru last in Late 2012 and found a gunshop that was selling a jug 4# jug for $69. Paid $23 for a 1# container 6 months previous to that. It is a great powder for 22H and 256WM. Hope you find some soon. 3leg/Todd
30/30 Winchester: Not accurate enough fer varmints, barely adequate for small deer; BUT In a 10" to 14" barrelled pistol; is good for moose/elk to 200 yards; ground squirrels to 300 metres

250 Savage... its what the 223 wishes it could be...!

I've been looking for some Lil'Gun for a while too. There's two local shops that still carry powder, but no Lil'Gun. I've been making do with W296 or H110.

But my most accurate loads in the 22 Hornet are with Lil'Gun. Interestingly, I use Lil'Gun for my best hunting loads in the 357 Maximum and the 500 S&W....that's why I've used up all my precious Lil'Gun so quickly.

A pound of powder goes a lot further in the Hornet than it does in the 500SW.
