.357 L. Evolution ammo

Post by m.wun »

I have been looking for FPS. on the new L. evolution in .357 for
rifles.Hornady only lists velosity for it in handgun, at 1400 fps.
The bullet is a 140 gr. the Speer man. lists a 140 at 1900 max.
Buffalo Bore has a 158 gr. up around 2100. The ammo is pricy
but for hunting sounds like you could get a extra 50 yrds. out of
a rifle.Any help would be great....

dude you need to start looking at copper ammo, try the Cor-Bon w/Barnes and tell me how it is.

Saw something where the listed velocity in a rifle is 1830 fps or so. Not impressive for such a light bullet. With L'ilGun one can push 158s at 2000 fps.
