Re: dc court rules in favor of gun owners
I packed concealed without a permit when I rode my Harley across the US in 2005, and slept on the lawn in front of the "Wall" in DC. My Marine buddies kept telling me not to do it...I reckon that's the only Law I don't obey. I pack concealed without a permit all the time....however when I'm in my truck, I keep my 1911 45 in clear sight incase I get pulled over for some reason. Been packing concealed for 30+ years without a permit.donw wrote:http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,258067,00.html

SCOTUS scheduled to DC vs. Heller case on March 18, 2008. May change things regardless of this lawsuit.

A little bit of Irony would be if they didn't support the 2nd and then found
out why it was there.
I would never wish something like that to take place (both ways) but when
you poke a snake hole with a stick
out why it was there.

I keep mine concealed even in the truck. I do however have a CCW, but I think it is better to keep it out of sight, because out of sight is out of mind, and I have never had a vehicle searched, so they won't know it's there. And I don't do anything, to warrant a search. However, if I get pulled over in a state legal for me carry CCW then I tell them if I am carrying. Which is the bad thing about having a CCW, when they run your license they usually know if you are a CCW holder, so the next question from them is are you armed.Jarhead wrote:I packed concealed without a permit when I rode my Harley across the US in 2005, and slept on the lawn in front of the "Wall" in DC.
