Sort of OT-Jeff's Outfitters

I occasionally buy some parts from Jeff's Outfitters, (previously Cape Outfitters) and have always gotten good service, and parts that were great for the dollar.
Last fall I ordered a tang sight, and after waiting long after it should have been here (they were out of stock) I emailed Jeff and as told the 15th of Jan. I finally emailed him early this week and cancelled the order, as I needed to find another source.
Well I got a phone call from the owner (Jeff) to apologise for dropping the ball, and my order being screwed up. He told me if I EVER wanted to order any sights he'd give me two for the price of one on a future order!
I post this just because that knid of attitude is so rare these days. Companies that actually value our business, and want to make things right!

That's good news. I like Jeff and he was a loyal employee to Cape Outfitters when Don Shrum died. He took charge of the non-firearms inventory and has made a good company selling it.
