Help With Marlin Scope Mount

Post by Richard »

I have a 1894 SS Marlin, 44mag, that I'm going to have Cabela's install a Leopold VX-3 2.5 x 8 x 36 on. Installation and adjustment to 100 yards is free.

I need help finding a silver (SSTL preferred) rail and quick-disconnect set if there is such is available. I've not been successful in my search.

Anyone?? :?: :?:

Leupold makes a Silver-finish, quick-release ringset with one-piece base.

The QRW rings come in 1" or 30mm, and the #54227 base for the Marlin 336 can easily be redrilled by a gunsmith, if the hole pattern on it doesn't match the M1894.
