Back after being gone awhile...

Post by mod71alaska »

I'm back posting on the Forum...and harassing you guys again when I can!...after having been away for a while. I think I posted in August that I fell off a scaffolding and fractured my back in two places. So much for the 2011 summer boating season, but following "doctor's orders" to take it easy really paid off. I feel 100% with no pain, and still have some Oxy's left! More recently I have experienced a pain of a different kind. My home life broke up. Without a doubt this fall has been the most difficult time of my life. I know some of you know how dark a place that can be because you have been there, too.

I hope each of you had a Happy Thanksgiving with family or friends. We always have much to be thankful for!

Glad the health issue has improved; too bad the family issue reared up to replace it.

At least your 'extended family' here on Leverguns still likes you...

Glad to see you back Victor. Sorry about the fall and the home situation. Good to hear that you recovered from the fall.

Victor -

I'm glad to hear you are back and 100% pain-free. I'm not there yet, and of late, my back and right foot have been acting up again. i am very sorry to hear about the problems at home. I'd rather have the constant physical pain... :(
