What Ammo do U Wish U Could Buy for Xmas

Post by 3leggedturtle »

I wish I could buy 22LR with a RNFP bullet weighing 45-50 grs going about 1000 FPS. Sure would put a slap on squirrels and crows. How bout You ?
30/30 Winchester: Not accurate enough fer varmints, barely adequate for small deer; BUT In a 10" to 14" barrelled pistol; is good for moose/elk to 200 yards; ground squirrels to 300 metres

250 Savage... its what the 223 wishes it could be...!

I just wish I could get a day to go to the range to test the loads I put together in AUGUST for my .356Win.

Really hatin' the night shift.

:( :x :P

I'd like a variety pack of high quality .22 match ammo. Say 100 rounds of each type.

I wish I could get some .408 Chey Tac. That would mean that, not only am I wealthy, but I also had a .408 Chey Tac rifle. It's only $6.00/rnd if you buy a case.

I'd like to see some of the old BP rounds loaded to original ballistics or modern speed. If, I can find 32-20, 38-40, 44-40, etc.. they're loaded for CAS power requirements. Now reloading takes care of that, but it would be nice to be able to just pickup a box in a pinch and they'd be true to at least original specs.

A new case or two of .348 WCF from Winchester in the old 250 grain loading.

t.r., you can get 190gr SP ammo from Buffalo Bore, if you don't mind paying the hefty sum of money they cost  Honestly though I know what you mean and think that would be a swell idea if one of the major companies would do so.

I wish that someone would come to their senses and start producing the .41SPL, its' been a wildcat cartridge for far to long.
