Jeff Quinn lost a garage and his Gn Blast ride.

We had nothing but rain and some minor flooding.

I have not checked on all the family my wife has in Birmingham.
Sincerely,

Hobie

My son in metro Atlanta is ok but he sent me a picture of ALOT of Pike Electric Contractor trucks that are staging to begin electric utility repair work.

The death toll is now over 200. The storm ripped through here about 3:00am last night, and sounded pretty fearce, but no damage around here. Prayers up for all those impacted.

What I've seen on the news made my stomach turn. God bless and good luck our southern neighbors.

I talked with Jerry B via e-mail so he's ok.

We had a tornado south of hear that frayed some nerves but mostly took out only trees and fences. Flooding was kind of bad though. Some say the worst ever, but I'm not sure about that. It was fast and ugly. Lots of low water bridges are just gone. Part of a state highway decided it was tired of hanging onto a hill side and let go. Quite a few folks stranded on one side or another of swollen creeks that now are rivers, but I think thats the worst of it.
Personally all the new fence that we put in last year at the creek at my grandparents place was taken out. I guess I know what new project just popped up on my to-do list.
