Seems to me the Beaver was entitled to defend its self, knowing Dogs I doubt they were completely innocent. :wink:
If folks can't except "nature" they should stay home. :roll:

I really think are beavers here have a meen streak in them?
But I love em like to fish beaver ponds for Brook trout so the big Rodent is a good fishing buddy.

Yeah, and the little buggers will flood good horse pasture too. In Maine you ain't SUPPOSE :roll: to kill' em either. All I'll ever say is it seemed some sort of plague hit a small community of em close to my old homestead. Tom

Youre right GK dogs are inquisitive and if not under voice or leash control will get in trouble around wild things they would be better to make the people leash their dogs till the young are up and gone. danny

Ahuy. Beavers can have a real attitude. They are a big rodent and have those retractible gums to bite with long incisors. They can bite to the bone.
