This is a very accurate rifle. Nice trigger and balance. I shot it at 60 meters then went to 160 meters with the other flip up sight. It shoots better than I can. Very pleased.

What a nice find! Enjoyed the photo. I was completely unaware that Husqvarna had ever made such a fine little rifle. I especially like the octagon barrel and the flip up sights.

Just about every Cabela's I've been to has had at least 3-4. Have seen them in 22LR 30/30 and 45/70 always wondered how they shot. Looked very well made and solidv
30/30 Winchester: Not accurate enough fer varmints, barely adequate for small deer; BUT In a 10" to 14" barrelled pistol; is good for moose/elk to 200 yards; ground squirrels to 300 metres

I have the Husky catalog for those rifles and they were made in a number of calibers form 22 short to 45-70. I have a 22 and am dealing on a 30-30 now. They were refered to in the 1911 Alpha catalog as Mauser pattern. They were made up until the 1930's. My 22 is range marked from 25 to 200 meters and shoots to the sights with Remington ammo. By the way the SAKRAT on the left side means Safety.
