THANKS! I just got off the phone minutes ago. He has arrived at Landsthul Regional Medical Center,
Germany. Yesterday i had no idea he was still in Afghanistan, let alone
Bagrham AB, where President Obama made a visit. While i am not the biggest supporter of his policies, i am proud to say, my son, Specialist
Michael James Fleury was awarded the
Purple Heart by President Obama!

No matter what a person thinks personally about a certain president, it's something that can' tbe taken away that you were awarded your medal by the president.
