how do I get pacos book to play ?

how do I get pacos book to play ?

Hi, i am having a problem in that I bought Pacos book on disc many years ago and i cant remember how I get it to play ! obviously i am not really that computer literate and i have a DIFFERENT COMPUTER NOW.When I put in in the computer I have a box come up that says dvd RW drive and under it it says run auto run exe and underneath that it says general options and under that it says open folder to view files using windows explorer and under that it says set auto play defaults in control panel. I want to look at the material again . HELP !! LOL PS it sounds like something (player ?) is running but I cant see anything. Thanks, Craig
