DUI Conviction
I was sent this from a law firm as an example of proof of a DUI conviction.

Re: DUI Conviction
Don't see how that is proof he's drunk. I used to carry a 9' surfboard under my arm on my bike when I didn't have a car!

Re: DUI Conviction
I believe the implication is that the person riding the bike was convicted of DUI or they wouldn't be doing what they're doing on a bicycle. See it all the time here and it's the truth in those instances.

kimwcook, you got it right.

Naw, that's just an indicator of how well the economy is doing. He's out hunting in the middle of the day, so obviously he has no job. He had his car repo'd and he has no money to buy meat at the grocery store.

Kinda like when you see a 25-year-old riding a 'Spyder-bike'...kimwcook wrote:I believe the implication is that the person riding the bike was convicted of DUI or they wouldn't be doing what they're doing on a bicycle. See it all the time here and it's the truth in those instances.

Maybe he's a member of PETA and is just giving his drunk passed-out buddy a lift home.

Government office attracts the power-mad, yet it's people who just want to be left alone to live life on their own terms who are considered dangerous.
History teaches that it's a small window in which people can fight back before it is too dangerous to fight back.

Not too common where I was in Mass (too hilly), but see it all the time here in the Tidewater...kimwcook wrote:I believe the implication is that the person riding the bike was convicted of DUI or they wouldn't be doing what they're doing on a bicycle. Why do you think that the picture has anything to do with a DUI? If I am not mistaken the picture is from Hayward, WI and they grow those kids big up there, along with having manners to help out the poor critters. He's just given that old buck a ride to the other side of town.

Re: DUI Conviction
I think its just a case of what's more to come!
Economy is in the toilet, guy lost his job, then lost his car, saw this deer hanging.
Rode up under it while setting it on his shoulders/cut the rope.
People do tough things when they are hungry and mouths to feed.
Hopefully that's really not the case but it sure could be.
