Thanks JimT, I printed that out. Oh, by the way, I received a "interesting" Christmas card I think you would like. I'll try to scan it and post it on here. Goes with those trespassers that you posted a week or so ago.

I be pondering here.

Points--
1: Getting older was a major prompt toward getting my CC permit.
3: Too funny! Yet so true.
5: The understatement is perfect for the message.
6: Maybe this is why, even when a revolver is on my belt, I rarely return
from shooting having exhausted my rifle cartridge supply. Hmmmm.
(Deep pondering here.)
9: The discomfort is definitely worth the comfort.

Thanks Jim.

Good post Jim T and thank you. Also loved "Is God Religeous?"

Good stuff.

I actually liked the "Is God Religious?" blog better.
That is pretty much the way I enjoy God's friendship, and it is a view that is lacking in 90% of the churches we go to, 99% of the time.

It's always "Do this better." or "Your donations are neede to add another building to our superchurch.", or "You should feel guilty and wrong about the way you [insert whatever it is today here].".

So hard to find a church that lets it be.
When I'm wrestling with some issue or percieved problem, I take a bathroom break. There I ask the Lord "What would you have me do here?"

The answer is simple, true and direct every time, whether it be "Wait and see." or, "Let Me work here please."

Always the right thing to do: ask a friend.

I'm glad that Jesus lets me be His friend.
