in a little while we'll be heading over to a friend's home to celebrate "Noche Buena" (Christmas Eve) which is more important in Colombian culture than Christmas day itself. "I'm Dreaming Of A White Christmas" and all those other traditional carols just represent an idea to me, if we've ever spent more than one Christmas with congealed moisture on the ground in my entire life I don't recall them. Still, it's not about the food, it's not about the climate or weather or geography, it's about celebrating the coming of Jesus the Christ - an event that lead up to His sacrifice on the Cross so that we can have hope of live everlasting with The Father. May you each have a blessed time of celebration with your family and friends. May you not lose sight of "The Reason For The Season".

Prayers for a time of blessing and refreshing for you and yours, from our family to the Throne above.
