Scope Rings & Mounts for Marlin 39A .22 LR

I've got a new Marlin 39A "Golden Boy" .22 LR lever gun. I want to put a Leupold FX-I 4x28mm Rimfire Riflescope on it. I would like to use Warne Quick Detachable Rings. Could you please help me on the following issues:

1) What brand of mounts should I use for quick-detach? Should I use one-piece or two-piece mounts?

2) Should I get low- or medium-height Warne rings (28mm)?

3) From whom can I get the best deal on the mounts and the rings?

You need to clarify if you have a Henry "Golden Boy" or a Marlin "Golden" 39A. Check the barrel... :wink:
I know a whole lot about very little and nothing about a whole lot.

One of my 39As has that scope, in Weaver Rings on a Weaver mount. Dandy setup.
