Synthetic Stocked Leverguns?

Post by PaperPatch »

Does anyone have experience with the Ramline (or other?) synthetic stocks on their leverguns??? I have a Marlin 30B that may be a candidate.

Thanks in advance.

I have kevlar socks on my WWG and love them. matches fit and function to the utility of the rifle.

I bought a camo ramline for a 336W I have. I'll describe the fit as acceptable after some fitting. I had to enlarge the tang screw hole in the ramline stock to get it to fit. The hole location on the stock was mis-located. But, everything snugged up and looks good.

If a synthetic stock isn't feasable, truck bedliner is tuff as nails.

Puzzle Six is going to be the EBR version of a 94 Trapper. I already have the black stock (Ram-Line) in my posession!

Aesthetically I prefer wood, but I would like a synthetic stock set for my 1894SS.

I'am a blue steel and Walnut man, even if they have a lot of scars on them, except on my black rifles.

I like that look more and more each time I see it. But I've actually got fairly decent wood on my GS. I've been looking for a take off set to play with. Almost had one once. Sent the guy a check, and never heard from him again. Never cashed the check either. He disappeared from the forum. Kinda makes you wonder. Didn't cash the check, so it didn't appear to be a scam. Seemed like a likeable character. Like I say kinda wonder what happened to him.

Figured either that or died. Then again, maybe his wife found out about his hobby.
