Yep, those are the Hornady Leverevolution bullets.

I saw some other calibers as well that were on sale as blemished. They looked like Hornady bullets as well.
When I lived in Idaho I used to buy some of the blemished bullets from the Speer plant. They always shot as good as any others and most of them I couldn't see a thing wrong with them.
