Just finished supper.

Post by Tom Richardson »

Tenderloin stripped from a young fat doe, rolled in flower and seasoning, and fried in an iron skillet.
Served up in a sandwich with a good helping of Wild Turkey Rare Breed.

Was thinking about chicken eggs and sawmill gravy with biscuits but then I would have had to have coffee.

Had to work the Wild Turkey in there somewhere.

On topic. Was shot with a Marlin 45-70 405 cpwfn at 1000 fps.

Ours was fresh collards from the garden, ham steak, and grits. The Lord sure did provide some nice greens.

Back straps and eggs for breakfast.
Leftover venison roast shredded up and simmered with sweet baby rays BBQ sauce on bread for lunch and chewing on some deer jerky right now.
Favorite time of year!!

Moose steak chopped in bits, lightle fried in iron pot, sour cream and french mustard added, stewed for 15 minutes and served with fried potatoes, turnip and cellery root.

I've had my fair share of hunting seasons eating hotdogs. :(
