I think the vast majority of my time on the puter is gun

Congrats RIHM! This forum really is unique it seems. I went to Shotgun World and also to the Shiloh forum and noticed that both of them are having terrible etiquette problems.

This is indeed the place where friendly, respectful people meet.

By time I make it to Senior Levergunner I really will be a senior!

YOU ... are the MAN! Apparently I am currently 2/3 of a MAN as i only have 667 posts.
... I love poetry, long walks on the beach, and poking dead things with a stick.

I know, I know - I'm late to this party!

Congratulations RIHMFIRE! Welcome to the "Seniors Tour" (as in "Senior Levergunner", of course)!!! :D :D :D

I know you all are going to find this hard to believe, but I actually took three whole days off the forum. Thanksgiving Thurdsday, Black Friday, and yesterday. Just too busy with everything going on. No, I did not go shopping Friday. Friday after thanksgiving is when we traditionally decorate for Christmas, and my wife is a nut about it. We have something like 30 22-gallon tubs of decorations - and it takes all weekend. Friday was also a nice day weather-wise, and I had not raked the yard this season yet - so that was 3 hours out of the day.

Saturday was my "shopping day" - first the C&E Gun Show (zippo), and then to a store in SC to take advantage of the "firearms tax free" holiday (and yes, I did buy something then - but not a levergun :( ).
