Is there copyright issues if one posts pdf files of magazine articles.
I have some back issues of Handloader and Ken Waters articles that might be of interest
to members. For example I have Ken Water's "Pet Loads" for the 218 Bee, 25-20, 25 Rem, etc.
Having none of these calibures this information is extra to my needs. I hate to just throw them out.
I would be willing to scan and post (or email) if this is legal.
Is it Legal ??

not necessarily. What you're thinking about is plagiarism, for quotes and such.
