....who plays a crooked cop, I thought in the movie Payback, but maybe it's a Clint Eastwood one.
Anyway he looks just like this dude on the left.
Reminds me of how Klaus Schwab looks like he is out of a James Bond movie as the evil villain.
Anyway, anyone know who the actor/role is I'm thinking of...?
I swore it was a cop skimming heroin off a dude in Payback.

1. I wouldn't make a good cop (not good at observing detail - I didn't notice for almost a week once when my wife got a perm....!
2. I guess I'm not a 'raaaacist' as the Libs love to pronounce it...
I guess I notice 'attitude' more than skin color. That must mean I'm NOT a 'liberal'....

That guy is Bill Duke -- evidently a solid "bad guy character actor" - he was cast in some Schwarzenneger movies in the 80's -- a quick inter-webs search shows he's still alive and working evidently
