My wife watches the show. Likes Spader. I tried. It is nothing but a platform for the liberal agenda of the cast and crew. The only conservative role is that of Shatner's, and he plays a baffoon. It is nothing more that a put down of gun owners in general, and the NRA in particular.

Never watched the show (Boston Legal), but I've seen (and recorded) every Star Trek episode through all of it's iterations. I'd vote for Captain Kirk the character for President, but not the actor, assuming they'd let William Shatner (born in Canada) run! Seems to me this was, while amusing, a slam against the NRA, gun owners, and conservatives - as most shows in Hollywood are...
