Status on ruling allowing CHL in National Parks?

Anybody know what the status of this ruling is?

I sent my input during the "open for comments" period and haven't heard anything since...

I did a search and came accross this - you can post a comment - as you will see, they need our input... I posted a reply and a comment but it seems to lagg - that, or somebody is vetting them...
