I got hooked on watching and stayed to the end. I have a Regal LeBlond from 1898 that was the first machine tool they bought when they put the shop in at Oklahoma A&M. Quite a lot bigger than the lathe in this video but from the same era. I suspect the one he restores is from the oughts or teens rather than the 40s. I need to repour the head stock bearings in mine but it still gets me by and I have all the change gears for it so I can cut threads.
