Cranked out 212 .357s and 92 45-70s today for a shoot tomorrow.

Took me just about as long to do the .45-70s with my Lee Loader as it did to crank out the .537s on the progressive... :roll:

Anyway, thinking back yo another thread and looking at my Lee Loaders - a guy with a Lyman 358156HP & a 457122HP could do a heck of a lot worse than hoarding a couple of 8lb jugs of 2400...

It Dips out really well, and gives quite workable velocities for both boolits.

I'll be glad when I use up the rest of this Varget & N340.

I need to shoot a lot more to just get empty cases to load. I've got 99% of all my brass pistol ammo loaded up.

I spent the day tweaking my rifle brass - size, chamfer, flash hole, etc. Don't really know exactly what I want to fill them with yet.

Friday I primed about 500 .357 cases, ready to fill and seat.

Been putting it off but feel much better now that the scud work is all done.

Man, those ".537's" must be huge! :wink:

Been cranking out a bunch of .38 specials lately myself - about 400 rounds in the last week+, 50 rounds a night, just to relax and enjoy myself. Almost out of .38 Special brass. Probably start on a bunch of .45 after that!!! :D

I've gotta get going on a bunch of .348s for a range day before it gets too hot.
