marlin 336 extractor removal

How do I remove the extractor from a marlin 336 bolt?
Break on through to the other side!!!

Put the bolt in a vice & push it off. A pair of needlenose pliers work real good.

Heres a not so great picture of how I do it. Open the pliers so the tips bear on the open ends of the extractor & push it off.:wink:
