A perfect range day !!
bright and sunny and warm in SoCal, and no earthquakes (of note anyway).
I set the target at 50 yards. Using my dirty-bore Marlin .375, I loaded up 4 rounds of some newfangled 185-gr special ammo to do an accuracy check in my Marlin.
Shot 1: 3" high, 1" wide.
Shot 2: touching Shot 1.
Shot 3: 2-1/2" high, 3/4" wide.
Shot 4: touching Shot 3.
VERDICT: PERFECT !! ABSOLUTELY PERFECT !!
SUMMARY: when pig hunting, aim low at 50 yards, aim dead-on at 100 yards.
OK, so now I've got a superduper ego burst, so I load up some Wisconsin Cartridge 220-gr ammo. First time using this ammo, and I'm still at 50 yards.
Shot 1: right where I was aiming.
Shot 2: almost where I was aiming.
Shot 3: just about where I was aiming.
Shot 4: pret' near where I was aiming.
Shot 5: etc etc where I was aiming.
Hotel Sierra !! I finally found some ammo that is perfect !!
OK, I drag out the Winchester BigBore94 and load up some Wisconsin ammo.
I need to adjust the scope a bit, but quite soon I'm again putting shot after shot after shot where I'm aiming !!!!!!!!!!!!
I sure wish all my range days were like this !!
Cheers,
Carl

In contrast to chipping away at the ever growing "honey do" list or "gasp" being at work.
I went to the ranbe this AM to sight in three rifles, my 223, my 308 and my H&R 38-55 (with BP loads). I also took my '94 BB 375 and some of the bullets, including the newest version of the TSX project. I wanted to do an expansion test.
Beatiful day, vey slight breeze, temp in the high 60's or low 70's. got to the range, and.......it's taken by a pre scheduled (every third sunday) cowboy action group and it will go on till about 4pm, they say.
It's my fault, since this is all online, but I didn't look. I have to be at work today by 3pm so waiting is out of the question.
Oh, well, another day.
Carl, nice report. Glad they all work well for ya.
