If you go to SASSnet and look at the clubs listing, there's a couple clubs around Ft.Collins and the quad . Think the Watkins club shoots some Sass also.
The regulators out of Cheyenne are fairly active .

Colorado Rifle Club hosts a regular shoot. The range is out past Byers. Look at the website, http://www.crci.org/, and under the contact section there is a name for the person in charge of the shoot. I believe it's the group that used to shoot out at Aurora.
