I've seen this before just recently. As far as I can tell, it's the real deal. They are a legitimate training company, and are trying to recruit people to their classes. Seems like a great deal if you're going to take training anyway.

I get a number of their articles e-mailed to me, and have received information from them in the mail.

"So What is it Going to Cost You? Only $1,199."

I have happened across his TV show (commercials) before. Probably a bonafide offer --> $1200 to be a billboard for his school, a gun that you have to pick up in Nevada, and a gun class. Not all bad, and it gets you in the funnel for the next course - which he plainly states.

His real skill seems to be at marketing. Although, were I a 'millionaire' in addition to being a patriot, I'd like a facility like that too.

Can you give us a link to the Guntalk info?

P.S. I just found this http://www.raids.org/fsite1.htm It doesn't look too encouraging.

I was just now listening to the podcast and heard it - I logged back on to comment.

It's at about 36min, 55secs into the second hour. To paraphrase:
Caller asks, "I've heard you talk about gunsite and thunder ranch, but I haven't heard you mention Front Sight."
Tom Gresham replies, "You're right. You've never heard me mention Front Sight." (brief silence)
Caller: "Uh, that should tell me something."
Tom Gresham: "If you can't say something nice... I'm trying to be as polite and considerate as I can and not say what I really want to." (Tom redirects the question to say that he spent money out of his pocket to take his family to Thunder Ranch)

Here's the link to download from:

or check out the library here:

I'd particularly recommend the interviews with Alan Gura, Sandy Froman, and Alan Korwin in the last few weeks regarding the DC guncase. The SCOTUS audio transcript is there too. Tom is a class act and a superb advocate for all aspects of shooting and 2A issues.

There's an extended history of legal problems, promises not kept, planned developments that did not develop, and other warning signs, including a death during a training scenario. Some have been happy with what they got, some have not. The operation has been covered by at least one Nevada TV station, and not in a positive light.
If you spend a little time Googling, you should be able to turn up enough to help you make your own decision.
