cast bullet sources?

Post by 95fan »

I went to order some cast boolits from LTD and noticed they were no longer accepting orders. Does anyone have any good sources for cast bullets? I am looking particularly for 30 cal preferably the Lyman# 311041 mold in 173grn gc and some 250grn .348gc. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

+1... :)

I use their 173gr GC for one of my 30-30 loads, sized to .309.

Great place to do business with.

+3 on the Montana Bullet Works. Their .359 200 Gr. RCBS mould shoots like a house a fire in my Winchester.

Tycer -

Does Montana Bullet Works make anything for my .444 Marlins that are cast as rifle bullets and not pistol bullets?

I like Cast Performance at (503) 556-3006. You'll get a 10% discount if you tell them you are my client. Feel free to make good on that discount.

I appreciate your offer, but I think for my applications I will use montana bullet works. Cast performance seems like a great outfit, but they did not seem to offer any 30cal or 348 bullets according to their website.
