Haha. The ACOG cost more than the "Old Man's" Oldsmobile. :D

I too had BB and pellet guns when I was a kid. My dad gave me my first Daisy for Christmas when I was three. I lived in town so I did a lot of shooting with BB and pellet guns. My dad made me a shoulder holster for my CO2 pistol and I carried it everywhere.

Now that I think about it, it's his fault I'm like this. :D
"Oh bother", said Pooh, as he chambered another round.

No - he wanted a real [full-auto select-fire, 900-round] BB gun - like this one...

Unlike you and Ralphie, I bought my own BB gun - a Daisy pump.

I never had a BB gun. My dad wouldn't let me have one but gave me his Winchester 1906 .22. To this day (63 yo) I have probably fired a BB gun less than 5 times.

I had a Daisy BB gun when I was a kid too. Matter of fact, I still have it ... It still works too, but is so worn inside it's got a hair trigger.
