Ever have "one of those days"?
I started with shooting a Taurus Model 94 double-action .22 I have. I brought it just in case the range gave me an argument about shooting the .25-20. It is an indoor range, and they won't allow "rifle calibers" - though I was ready to make the argument that revolvers have been made in .25-20 WCF.
Well, here is a picture of the revolver:

I got it sighted in and thought the the session was looking up.
The 1892 worked fine - and was a joy to shoot. However, it comfirmed a realty that I have been denying now for some time - my eyes simply are not what they used to be. I could barely pick up the sights - either the front or the rear. It was very frustrating.
Here's a picture of it:

And the ammo I was using - got it for a steal at a gun show last week:

One more of the gun:

After 25 rounds I just gave up. I need to replace the sights - just need to figure out what to use.
It got worse when I got home. I was trying to do too many things at a time when I went to clean the rifle. Started a .30-caliber rod down the .25-caliber bore, and jamed it up something fierce. Ended up ruining a Dewey cleaning rod getting it back out.
I finished cleaning the rifle and then the action wouldn't close! I finally figured it out - the cross pin linking the locking blocks had fallen out. I found it and put it back in, but the screw holding it in place is chipped and needs to be replaced.
Strike three - I'm done!!!
