Isn't God Wonderful?

Post by Blaine »

I've been trying to sell a motorcycle for some time, now, without much luck. Two days ago I did my taxes, and, due to my ignorance about IRAs, ended up with (for me) a huge tax bill. Not a life altering event, but, it would have set me back a few months of beans, and ramen  So...And thanks God...a guy that had been looking at the scoot a month ago sez he's coming thru town with a trailer and did I still have it....Yup, and Yup.......Problem solved (unless this guy is jerking my chain) 8)

The guy is sending a deposit UPS, and will drive through in a few days with cash.....We'll do the transaction at my Credit Union to make sure it's on the up and up.

I expect UPS to deliver a Down Payment tomorrow. If it deposits in my Credit Union, I suspect it's a done deal.....I'm keeping my eyes peeled for some sort of Craig's List funny business, though. Nothing gets signed over until the entire price is in my account. 8)
