Playing with the Marlin
It was 50 to 60 degrees warmer today so I thought I would stretch the legs on my Marlin today.
Had fun shooting old apples off the tree.

We had a temperature swing of 78 degrees in one week's time. I wanted to get out to and burn some powder this weekend but the better half had other plans for my time.
Nice Marlin.

Nice shot of a fine rifle. Looks like you have the "picture thing" figured out, too. Good job!

Nice 39A, one of my favorites. Have both a 50s and a 60s vintage and love then, both. Can never go wrong with a 39.

Great rifle. "Opportunity plinking" is a blast. Glad you enjoyed yourself. 1886.
