Oh India, I thought it said Indiana.

I'm 40, been shooting blanks for 7 years now, one thing I can say....

Blanks are safer than loaded ammo

Ok. In all seriousness. What kind of permit? Is it a permit to own and keep in your home? Is it one that allows you to carry on your person? It would be interesting to know.

I had a similar idea for the USA, but my fiancee told me that was what we call an "inside thought".
