OT - India Offers Firearms Permits For Vasectomies

Post by don Tomás »

Oh India, I thought it said Indiana. :D

“It also has a low level of vasectomies because of a perceived notion of manliness. I decided to match that with a bigger symbol of manliness — a gun licence. It has been a success.â€

Ok. In all seriousness. What kind of permit? Is it a permit to own and keep in your home? Is it one that allows you to carry on your person? It would be interesting to know.

I had a similar idea for the USA, but my fiancee told me that was what we call an "inside thought".
